English Cheddar style cheese
This cheese is fairly strong in flavour with a cheesy aroma. It grates and melts very well. It can also be turned into a cheese sauce by heating it up with a plant-based milk.
Try in a stuffed cheese naan, on a veggie burger!

Italian Parmigiano style cheese
Strong, tangy flavour and sharp aroma. This is a hard and crumbly cheese. Our vegan parm works really well as shavings in a salad. You can even grate some into your pasta sauce or over a pizza for some bold flavour.

Fresh Mozzarella style cheese
A soft and creamy cheese that melts easily over your pizza or on an open sandwich. Mild in flavour, it can be mixed with our other cheeses like the vegan cheddar and melted onto your favourite foods! Eat this cold in a salad or add a few pieces to your soup.

IDEAL FOR: Pizzas, salads, open sandwiches, mozzarella sticks
This cheese has a pleasant hickory smoke flavour with a cheesy aroma. It grates and melts very well. It can also be turned into a cheese sauce by heating it up with a plant-based milk.
